Overview

Follow the instructions below to view or download your exam certification. NOTE: Digital badges and records of completing an on-demand course or an instructor-led training class cannot be downloaded. To digitally share an achievement badge, refer to sharing your achievement badge.

• Not all achievements listed in this article can be downloaded due to certain restrictions.
• You can download Accreditation/Expert achievements only through your ServiceNow Resume. For more information, refer to Downloading your Accreditation or Expert Program achievements from ServiceNow Resume. 

Prerequisites

• All required prerequisite courses must be completed.

Instructions

1. Log into your ServiceNow University account.
2. Go to the navigation header and select My Learning. The Learning Dashboard displays.
3. Navigate to the My Achievements widget and make your selections:
   • From the My credentials section, select the relevant tab from the following options: 
     • Mainline certifications
     • Micro-certifications
     • Accreditations
   • From My badges section, select View all to display all the badges.
     NOTE: Digital badges cannot be downloaded.

4. Navigate to the relevant certificate and, if applicable, select the 3-dot (ellipses) icon. From the menu, select one of the following options:
   • View: Displays the certificate. 
     NOTE: For exams completed in Pearson VUE, the certificate number is not displayed. For additional information, see Managing certification visibility on the Certification Verification Portal.
   • Download: From the Save As window that opens, select the location and file name, then save the certificate.
