High-stakes certifications (Mainlines) exam are proctored exams that validate your technical knowledge and skills. Successful candidates receive a ServiceNow certification achievement and a verifiable Credly digital badge.
Training costs depend on the chosen delivery method and whether you are affiliated with a customer or partner organization. Once you have completed the certification training requirements, you may proceed to register for the exam. Instructor‑led training completion includes one free exam attempt, and discounted exam pricing may also be available through your company benefits.
On demand training is provided at no cost. However, registering for the certification exam requires a separate payment, as exam registration is not included with simulator or on demand training. Use the Exam fees and training costs table below as reference.
