To provide more effective preparation resources, ServiceNow University has partnered with MeasureUp to launch the first official practice tests and study workspace for ServiceNow certifications. Practice tests are available starting 12 February 2026. As of 12 March 2026, available exams include: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist-ITSM (CIS-ITSM), Certified Implementation Specialist-HR (CIS-HR) Certified Implementation Specialist-CSM (CIS-CSM), and Certified Implementation Specialist-Data Foundations (CIS-DF). More exams will be available in the coming months.
